What does Axentra cost?

Axentra starts at SEK 59 per vehicle per month excluding VAT. Pricing is tailored to vehicle count and the connections your vehicles need. Before you decide, you receive a clear total price itemising subscriptions, devices and any installation.

Is the GPS device included?

Yes, the GPS device is included in our standard setup. We help you select the right device and preconfigure it before delivery. If a vehicle requires a special device or professional fixed installation, any extra cost is explained before you order.

How long is the contract?

Our normal contract term is 12 months. The term, cancellation conditions and what is included are clearly stated in your offer before you order.

Are there setup fees or hidden costs?

You always receive the full cost before ordering. Your quote lists subscriptions, GPS devices and any installation costs separately. No costs are added without first being specified to you.

How is the equipment installed?

For standard cars and vans, an OBD device normally plugs directly into the vehicle’s OBD port. It arrives preconfigured and starts recording journeys when the vehicle is used. Machinery, heavy vehicles, trailers or concealed mounting may be better suited to a fixed connection. We help choose the right device for each vehicle.

How soon can we get started?

Once we know your vehicles, we prepare the right GPS devices and link them to your account. Devices are dispatched once the setup is confirmed and equipment is available. A standard setup can often be running within a few days. For larger fleets, we can agree a clear plan for a pilot, delivery and phased rollout.

What does the driver need to do?

Journeys are recorded automatically. Drivers mainly need to check whether each journey was private or business and add its purpose when necessary. Rules for recurring times and geofences can further reduce manual work.

How are private journeys handled?

Drivers can classify a journey as private or business. Your company decides the procedures and permissions for private journeys. We help establish a clear working process before the system is put into use.

Does Axentra work with all types of vehicles?

Axentra can be used with standard cars, vans and many types of heavy vehicles and machinery. The right connection depends on the model, power supply and mounting. Send us your vehicle list. We check which devices fit before you order.

Can Axentra be used for machinery and trailers?

Yes, fixed or battery-adapted devices can be used for many machines and trailers. Device selection depends on power supply, usage frequency and how often position updates are needed. We check the setup with you before delivery.

Does Axentra help us create correct driving-log records?

Axentra automatically records information including dates, times, start and end addresses and distance. Drivers or administrators can add journey purpose and other information when needed. The system helps you collect information in one place and prepare clear records for follow-up and reporting.

Can we switch from another supplier?

Yes. We help plan the switch to make the transition as simple as possible. We review vehicles, current equipment and your preferred timeline and help plan delivery. Larger fleets can start with a pilot and then switch in phases. Reuse of existing equipment is checked separately.

Does Axentra suit both small and large fleets?

Yes. A company with a few vehicles can start with a simple standard setup. For larger fleets, we can plan structure, a pilot, permissions, delivery and phased rollout together. The same core system is used, with the setup tailored to the size and needs of your business.

What help do we receive after setup?

You receive personal Swedish support by phone and email. We help with setup and answer questions about GPS devices, the system and day-to-day use. You should not have to figure everything out yourself or be passed between several contact channels.
